I’m Lewis Matlock. CyberWiz brings together my work in cybersecurity, useful digital tools, and teaching.
Understanding is part of the work.
A tool is easier to maintain when someone can explain why it exists. A security decision is more useful when the people affected understand the tradeoff.
That is the thread connecting this practice: start with a real problem, make a focused change, and leave people with a clearer understanding of what comes next.
Be specific. Show the limits.
I value practical questions, readable systems, and evidence that matches the claim. A demonstration should be called a demonstration. A proposed service should have an agreed scope. A project should be understandable to the next person who maintains it.
Based in Southern California, CyberWiz serves as a home for that work and for the learning material that grows from it.
